The Snail and the Whale

Class 1 have stepped straight back into our new topic of Oceans after half term, with this week focusing on the much loved story The Snail and the Whale. The children have enjoyed learning all about oceans and have been exploring globes, naming oceans, identifying our island surrounded by oceans and even looking through an atlas. We have written some wonderful sentences of where we would like to explore if we were the snail and have been learning facts about snails and whales!
