Science - Caterpillar Life Cycles
Class 1 have found out all about life cycles this week and have watched some fascinating videos showing the life cycle of a caterpillar. We watched a time lapse of a caterpillar making a cocoon and then the children made their own life cycles.
The Very Hungry Caterpillar
Class 1 have read the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar this week. We have completed lots of caterpillar related activities and have acted out the story on our puppet theatre. We have really enjoyed this story and are looking forward to the arrival of our very own caterpillars.

Baking Cupcakes
Today we tested out our baking skills. We are getting very good at measuring and mixing. We were pleased with how our cupcakes worked out - yummy!
Times Tables Learning
We have had lots of fun learning our times tables outside in the sunshine today. Lots of fun catching games are helping us to remember our times table facts.

What a fantastic time Class 1 have had this afternoon at our PTFA disco!
