Our caterpillars are growing!

In our topic session this afternoon, we have had such fun exploring our caterpillars and carefully looking to see how they have changed since they arrived last week. We have all been amazed at how much they have grown - they must have been hungrier than the Very Hungry Caterpillar! 
 

We observed our own caterpillars closely by looking at them through a magnifying glass and then we wrote about how they had changed in our Caterpillar diaries. 

We can‘t wait to see how much more they grow and are carefully checking each day to see if any have started to spin their cocoons! We will keep you posted and let you know when we find any cocoons.
