Invertebrate Hunt

As part of our Science lesson on invertebrates, we went  into the outdoor classroom to hunt for insects.  Wow! We saw so many we couldn’t believe our luck! We found the best place to find them was under the logs where it was dark and damp. 

Once we had had a good close look through the magnifying glasses at our findings, we carefully released them back into their natural habitat.  

You were all so careful and considerate to the insects, thank you Class 3 for using your caring, helping hands.
