English - The Iron Man

Our new English text is ‘The Iron Man’. The beginning of the story starts with a mystery, who is the Iron Man? Where is he from? What has he come here for? These were some of the questions that were not answered in chapter 1, so we used our inference skills to make predictions using the clues so far. We then wrote character descriptions for the Iron man using similes, expanded noun phrases and prepositions. We can’t wait to read more next week!
