Watercolour poppies for the Village
In May we will be celebrating VE Day. In preparation, the village will be decorated with hundreds of poppies painted by local school children. Today we used watercolours to paint our poppies ready to display. See if you can recognise yours when walking through the village!
World book day 2025
Today we enjoyed dressing up as our favourite book characters. We took part in a ‘What book is it from?’ quiz and a game of ‘Book bingo’. The children looked amazing!

Fractions outdoors
Today we completed a scavenger hunt to answer questions about fractions, it was really fun to take our learning into the fresh air and we used lots of energy running to find each clue!
Computing in Class 3
Today we used wavacity to record our own sounds. We then played them back and started to edit and improve our recordings.
Chinese New Year
In class 3’s ‘language’ lesson they enjoyed learning a few facts about the Chinese New Year and the animals that were chosen for the Chinese zodiac. They then created some springy snakes to represent the year of the snake.
